Cheshmeh-Khosh, Dalpari and East Paydar Oil Fields are located on the west of Iran in Ilam province, near to the Iran-Iraq border. Development and production operations service contract (IPC) for Cheshmeh-Khosh, Dalpari and East Paydar Oil Fields between National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) and ZN Vostok Ltd was signed on October, 2018.
Shurijeh-D reservoir of Khangiran Gas field which located in north east of Iran, near Sarakhs city was nominated as underground gas storage (UGS) in 2009 and all required facilities for gas injection and withdrawal were constructed in year 2014 at Shurijeh UGS plant Phase-I.
National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC), has decided to fulfill an EPC project for all of the petroleum production units, Desalting plants and Gas Compressor Stations in National Iranian South Oil Company (Ahwaz Oil Field).
Oil from well head facilities in WHP1 is transferred by 10” pipeline to R1X complex. Also, oil from two new wells and two re-entry wells on drilling platform will be mixed with other wells’ fluid at existing inlet manifolds and routed to existing separators.

Bibi-Hakimeh Gas Compressor station is located in the Bushehr Province of Iran, approximately 30 KM far from Deilam port. This project is a part of Supplying feed to Persian Gulf Bid Boland Refinery by changing the source of injection gas of Bibi-Hakimeh oil fields from produced gas by NGL 1300, to the South Pars Gas (6th, 7th, 8th phases) and also acid gas produced by the NGL 1300 plant to Bibi-Hakimeh oil wells.
Persian Gulf Bid Boland Gas Refinery is currently designed to receive 2000 MMSCFD feed gas including 1700MMSCFD sour gas from NGLs 900 & 1000 and 300 MMSCFD sweet gas from NGLs 1200 & 1300. Regarding the dependency of the feeds’ availability to the projects defined upstream of NGLs 900 & 1000 and gathering of the associated gas streams upstream of NGLs 1200, 1300 & 1500, CLIENT tends to perform Basic Design & FEED on these areas.
Aban and West Paydar oilfields are located in the western part of Iran, on the Iran-Iraq border. Development and production operations service contract (IPC) for Aban and West Paydar oilfields between National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC), ZN Vostok Ltd and Dana Energy was signed on March 14, 2018.
National Iranian Oil Engineering and Construction Company (NIOEC) defined Isfahan Refinery Upgrading Project in order to pursue de-bottlenecking and upgrading the Isfahan Refinery. The final goals of the project are to reduce/minimize fuel oil, increase gasoline production, and upgrade the REFINERY products to the level of International Standards by installation of new units and de-bottlenecking/revamping of the existing units.

Development and construction of gas transportation facilities is necessary to deliver of 1 BSCFD of Iranian natural gas to Oman. Gas transportation facilities consist of Compressor Station and Metering Station at Kuh-Mobarak in Iran and approximately 200 km Offshore Pipeline from Kuh-Mobarak to Sohar receiving facilities in Oman.
Petro Tadbir e Pars Company as Contractor of Persian Oil & Gas Company (Owner) intends to connect phase 18 sea line gas field to phase 15 for production at full capacity by approximately 2 Km 32” pipeline.
MAPNA Oil and Gas Development Company as the Buy Back Contractor of Iranian Offshore Oil Company (Owner) intends to develop Forooz B gas field for production and treatment of 1000 MMSCFD of Gas. The location of onshore facilities will be in Qeshm Island which the distance between offshore installations and onshore plant is approximately 180 km.
Nonferrouse Industries Process , Engineering&Construction Company (NIPEC) has planned to Design, Procure, Construct and Commission a sulphuric acid plant to treat the off-gases from copper smelter plant in Khatoon Abad, Iran. The acid plant will be required to process approximately 230,000 (design) Nm3/hr of smelter gas, and will include gas cleaning, gas contact/acid, acid storage/loading and effluent treatment areas.
ICOFC has planned to accomplish Design, Procurement, Construction and Commissioning of the Wellheads, Gathering system and Gas refinery plants of Halegan & Sefid Baghoon gas fields. The project overall scope is establishment of the required facilities for production of 20,000 MMSCMD gas from 12 production wells. Produced gas will be exported to IGAT-4 pipeline.
The Project overall scope is establishment of the required facilities for production of 71,500 BOPD crude from 17 production wells. Produced Oil will be exported to Cheshmeh Khosh Facilities through a 213 Km, 16 Inch Export Pipe Line. Similarly, associated gas will be compressed and exported to NGL-3100 plant through a 155 km, 16 Inch Export Pipe Line.
In accordance with the policy of early production from Changuleh field, located at the Zagros foreland basin along the Iran/Iraq border, Petroleum Engineering and Development Company (PEDEC) has planned to establish a new production unit with the normal operating/design capacity of 15,000/16,500 BOPD from Changuleh oil field.
The IDRO, IOEC, IPMI, ISOICO, MAPNA GROUP, MSA, NIDC, PAYANDAN CO Consortium has been contracted and being awarded by POGC to execute South Pars Gas Field Development project – Phase 14. The South Pars Phase 14 Project Offshore Scope of Work is being carried out by another Offshore Consultant.
The PSA has been contracted by the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) to conduct the EPCC for South Pars Phases 13-22/23&24 project. This project includes offshore facilities, platform and undersea pipelines, and Onshore Facilities for the processing of the reservoir fluid. Sazeh-Nargan Consultants has been contracted by the PSA, whom conducted the Basic Engineering and FEED for the onshore facilities. The South Pars Phases 13-22/23&24 Project Offshore Scope of Work is being carried out by another Offshore Consultant.
IRITEC / IRASCO have been contracted by the Iranian Offshore Oil Company (I.O.O.C) to conduct the EPC for Kharg Island Gas Gathering and NGL Recovery Project. This onshore project includes pipeline and reception facilities, onshore compression, NGL trains, NGL storage and export facilities. The NGL recovery facility is a grass roots development and will consist of the simultaneous development of two separate gas treatments and NGL recovery plants sharing common utilities and liquid export systems.
Tange-Bijar & Kamankouh gas field is located in Zagros Mountains in west of Iran, 125 Km from Kermanshah, 60 Km from Ilam. This field is in production stage to supply required gas for some parts of western provinces of Iran.
Azar & Changuleh Oil Fields Development Project has been planned by the Petroleum Engineering and Development Company (PEDEC) to produce crude oil from these two fields, which are located near the international border with IRAQ.
The IDRO/OIEC/IOEC Consortium has been contracted by the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) to conduct the EPCC for South Pars Phases 17&18 project. This project includes offshore facilities, platform and undersea pipelines, and Onshore Facilities for the processing of the reservoir fluid.
South Gashu gas-field, which is located 70 km west of port city of Bandar Abbas, comprises of two producing reservoirs “Khami” and “Sarvak”, out of which Khami formation is the main contributor to the overall production. The recent reservoir study of the South Gashu gas field predicts a normal gas production of 500 MMSCFD form 20 wells.
South Pars phases 15&16 onshore plant is located at Bandar Assaluyeh. The project includes the onshore facilities for the processing of the reservoir fluid. The total capacity of the new phases 15&16 onshore facilities is 2000 MMSCFD of reservoir fluid, which include all processing units, utilities, off sites, and infrastructure necessary to produce sales gas and stabilized condensate from the reservoir fluid delivered to the onshore plant via two multiphase sea lines.
In pursuance of the NIGC’ goal of making an effective contribution to the development of the Iranian oil & gas industry and alleviation of any operational difficulties, their Research/Development/Technology Department has recently started to establish gas processing technologies (i.e. gas sweetening process).

Considering this and in accordance with the excellent reputation of the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry (RIPI) in providing the engineering solutions to the oil and gas industries through a combination of research and development in process simulation with state of the art computerized engineering technology, NIGC and RIPI has signed a contract for preparing Basic package and EPC tender document of Odorant Production Unit with capacity of 800 Ton per Year, which will be designed and installed in South Pars Gas Field phase 1 complex, located in Southwest of Iran.
Lab Sefid Gas Gathering and Injection Project has been planned by National Iranian South Oil Company (INSOC) to prevent associated gas flaring from Lab Sefid Oil Production plant, which is located 50 km, north east of Dezful, Iran.
Project is mainly divided into below sections: Low pressure compressor station of Gachsaran I Low pressure compressor station of Gachsaran II
In accordance with reservoir maintenance policy and in the light of maximum oil recovery from Kupal Oil Field, located in southwest of Iran, National Iranian South Oil Company (NISOC) has planed to execute design / engineering, construction, and commissioning of Kupal gas – injection project, which caters for injection of 300 MMSCFD gas with the pressure of 270 barg in to Kupal oil field – Asmary layer.
A) NGL-2300 (Ahwaz) The purpose of NGL-2300 plant is to maximize the C2+ recovery. The feed gas for this plant is provided from: Separated gas from 1st stage of Maroon-Khami plant (156 MMSCFD) Gas condensate stabilization units of Maroon-Khami plant (18 MMSCFD) Produced gas from Maroon-5 production unit (82 MMSCFD)
Khorasan Petrochemical Company (KHPC), over a period of time, has perceived the growing demand for a special application fertilizer called Sulfur Coated Urea (SCU). This SCU fertilizer has been acknowledged having a feature of controlling release of nutrients in comparison with other forms of urea fertilizer, and is specially preferred for paddy field application.
Establishment of a PVC COMPLEX is one of NPC’s objective development projects, and ARVAND Petrochemical Company as fully owned affiliate of NPC intends the project under its defined requirements as set forth in the contract documents. The COMPLEX located at site No. 2 of Special Economic Zone in Bandar Imam, North West of Persian Gulf.
South Pars Gas Field Development, Phases 6, 7 & 8, is a grass root gas plant located at Assaluyeh (270 Km south east of Bushehr). The field will produce gas and condensate for onshore treatment. The facilities for phases 6, 7 & 8 will be designed to produce, treat and transport a total of 3000 MMSCFD of reservoir fluids from three development phases of 1000 MMSCFD each (on a dry basis).
During second stage of development, fifteen production wells will be added to previous eight. Four gas injections together with one water injection will maintain reservoir pressure. Expected oil production capacity for second stage (only) is 130,000 BOPD. Considering first stage production rate (50,000 BOPD), the plant capacity will hit 180,000 BOPD.
The plant shall consist of the following process units/unit and all necessary ancillaries: 1. Process/Utility Units, including: Pyrolysis Gasoline Hydrogenation Process & Gas Condensate Prefractionation Hydro-treating Process, Catalytic Reforming Process, and Catalytic Regeneration Process Reformate & Aromatics Separation Process, and BT Extraction Process Disproportionation Process, and Transalkylation Process Para Xylene Separation Process Isomerization Process, Fuel Gas, Effluent, and Flare Unit
The capacity of each sulfur recovery unit is 650 MTPD and the system is designed and operates based on CLAUS processing system. The 4th unit shall be built neighboring the 3rd unit in the battery limit of Khangiran Refinery.
During this stage, three appraisal wells, five development wells, and one gas injection well are supposed to be drilled. The expected oil production is 50,000 BOPD. The surface facilities will be comprised of: Gathering system.
The plan shall consist of the following process units/unit and all necessary ancillaries: Feed gas preparation and desulphurization process unit consisting of: Feed gas preheating section Feed gas desulphurization section Reforming section Waste heat recovery/steam production section
The plant is comprised of two separate complete integrated 10,000 TCD Raw Sugar Factories and the related Refinery, having a capacity of 60 percent of Raw Sugar Factory. Each plant comprises of Raw & Refinery Units, Steam Generation Unit, Power Plant, Water Treatment, Cooling Towers, Fuel Oil Storage & Distribution, Molasses Storage and Unloading Facilities, Raw and Refined Sugar Storage and Unloading Facilities, Administration Building, Canteen, etc.
The Project consists of designing two major Heavy Fuel Oil Storage Facilities including Two Tank Farms with the capacity of 230,000 cubic meter and 140,000 cubic meters Pumping Station, 110 km of Distribution Pipe Line and all other Auxiliary Facilities and Units Such as Steam Generation Unit, Plant Air System, Fire fighting, Administration building and etc.
