Proposal & Contracts

Analyze tenders, prepare technical and commercial offers, manage contract negotiation, drafting, and execution.

Project Management

Initiate and execute project plans, allocate resources, define schedules and risks, monitor progress, control costs, and ensure timely, quality-driven delivery.

Engineering Design

Comprehensive engineering solutions covering Process, Piping, Civil, Structural, Electrical , Instrumentation , Equipment, Safety, Architecture, and Material selection - ensuring optimized, safe and compliant project requirements.

Procurement
