Budget adherence is strictly monitored throughout the process. Each project benefits from a dedicated, multidisciplinary procurement team. This team is supported by an integrated management system that handles all procurement stages from requisition to on-site delivery. Additionally, with support from the engineering departments, the team verifies compliance of all purchases with project specifications.
Supply Chain Management has been a key component of Tehran Raymand Consulting Engineers’ strategic objectives. We have implemented an assessment system to evaluate the performance of our manufacturing subcontractors. This includes stationary, rotating, and packaged equipment, electrical equipment, control and instrumentation, piping, and more. This assessment system is designed to establish a supply chain management network that delivers high-quality services across various projects. Consequently, Tehran Raymand views this system as one of its competitive advantages, both in terms of cost and quality.
Tehran Raymand’s construction management team coordinates on-site activities to meet project goals. They collaborate with clients and contractors to fulfill contractual obligations. They also conduct joint quality inspections and address project-specific issues. Our construction supervision teams manage quality, timeline, and budget. They monitor progress and implement corrective actions when needed. Safety is prioritized, with dedicated Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) teams ensuring compliance with safety standards.
