Gas field development and production is the process of collecting natural gas from wellheads, transferring it through gathering systems, and processing it in surface facilities to remove impurities such as water, condensate, H₂S, and CO₂. The treated gas is then sent to gas refineries, where it is further processed and converted into marketable products such as pipeline-quality gas, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), natural gas liquids (NGLs), and feedstock for petrochemical industries. The objective is to ensure the safe, efficient, and continuous production of clean, usable gas that meets industrial and commercial standards.
