South Pars Phase 17 & 18

The IDRO/OIEC/IOEC Consortium has been contracted by the National Iranian Oil Company ( NIOC (opens in a new tab) ) to conduct the EPCC for South Pars Phases 17&18 project. This project includes offshore facilities, platform and undersea pipelines, and Onshore Facilities for the processing of the reservoir fluid. Worley Parson Pty Ltd has been contracted by the IDRO/OIEC Consortium, whom conducted the Basic Engineering and FEED for the onshore facilities.

The South Pars Phases 17&18 Project Offshore Scope of Work is being carried out by another Offshore Consultant. Worley Parsons shall identify and coordinate deliverables to manage the physical interfaces between the Onshore and Offshore Design Consultants. Tehran Raymand Consulting Engineers has been contracted by Petro Negin Jonoob (PNJC) to perform the Detail Design of many Onshore facilities units of South Pars Phases 17&18.

The total capacity of the South Pars phases 17&18 onshore facilities is 2000 MMSCFD of reservoir Fluid, which include all processing units, utilities, off sites and infrastructure necessary to produce sales gas and stabilized condensate form the reservoir Fluid delivered to the onshore plant via two multiphase sea lines.

Tehran Raymand Scope of Work: The contract between Tehran Raymand and PNJC includes the following units: U108-1/2/3/4 Sulphur Recovery U144 Sulphur Storage And Solidification U109 Sour Water Stripping U122 Fuel Gas Drums U126 Sea Water Desalination U127/U128 Water Treatment Area U131 Emergency Load Generation U131/U146 Diesel/Chemical Storage U132 Cooling Water U140/U142 Flare And Blow Down Drum U141 Utilities And Offsite Drains U142 Burn Pit (Off Plot) U145 Propane Refrigerant Storage U146 Methanol Storage U147 Propane Storage & Export/Refrigeration And LPG Flare U148 Butane Storage And Export/Refrigeration U176 SP/SS /104 U176 SP/SS /107 And ITR-9 U176 SP/SS/110 And ITR-1 U140 Offsite Flare Stack And Burn Pit Main Central And Interconnecting Pipe rack Main Substation And Switchyard Sea Water Intake Substation The objective of project is to perform FEED updating, general engineering activities, detail engineering design and engineering procurement services for above mentioned units / areas.
