Tehran Raymand uses personal information only to respond to enquiries, manage recruitment, secure the website, and meet legitimate record-keeping obligations.
Information we collect
The contact form records the details and message you submit. A job application records your contact details, application text, role, and resume. Administrative accounts retain identity, role, authentication, and audit information.
How information is used
Enquiries are routed to authorized personnel who can respond. Applications are reviewed by authorized recruitment administrators. We do not sell submitted information and do not use public-site analytics or advertising trackers.
Storage and security
Resumes are validated by file type, stored outside the public web root, and available only to Administrators. Administrative access requires a password and multi-factor authentication. Encrypted backups are retained off site.
Retention
Enquiries, applications, and private resumes are removed after 12 months unless an authorized Administrator places the record under a documented retention hold. Security and audit records may be retained longer where operationally necessary.
