The PSA has been contracted by the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) to execute the EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning) for the South Pars Phases 13-22/23&24 project. This comprehensive project includes offshore facilities, platforms, undersea pipelines, and onshore facilities for processing reservoir fluids.

Key Participants:

  • PSA: Main contractor for EPCC.
  • Sazeh-Nargan Consultants: Basic Engineering and FEED for onshore facilities.
  • Offshore Consultant: Handling the offshore scope of work.
  • Tehran Raymand Consulting Engineers: Contracted by Sazeh Consultants for FEED and Detailed Design of onshore facility units.

Project Capacity

  • Total Capacity: 2000 MMSCFD of reservoir fluid for onshore facilities in Phases 22/23&24.
  • Output: Production of sales gas and stabilized condensate.

Tehran Raymand’s Scope of Work

The contract between Tehran Raymand and Sazeh Consultants includes the following units:

Processing and Stabilization Units:

  • U100: Slug Catcher and Reception Facilities
  • U103: Condensate Stabilization
  • U109: Sour Water Stripping
  • U110: Back-Up Stabilization
  • U112: DMC (Demineralized Water System)
  • U102: MEG Regeneration/Reclaiming Unit

Utility and Support Units:

  • U121/123/124: Steam Generation, Instrument Air & Nitrogen Generation
  • U122: Fuel Gas Drums
  • U131: Diesel System
  • U131/U146: Diesel/Chemical Storage
  • U143: Condensate Storage and Pump Station
  • U143: Off-Spec Storage Tank
  • U145: Propane Refrigerant Storage

Interconnecting and Supporting Infrastructure:

  • U176: SS2/ITR-1/ITR-2, SS3/ITR-3/ITR-4, SS5/ITR-7/ITR-8, SS6/ITR-11
  • U160: Sub-Interconnecting Pipe Rack

Project Objectives

  • Front-End Engineering Design (FEED): Develop comprehensive FEED for the specified units.
  • General Engineering Activities: Perform general engineering tasks to support the project.
  • Detailed Engineering Design: Provide detailed engineering designs for the units within the scope.
  • Engineering Procurement Services: Manage procurement activities for the required engineering services.
