South Pars Gas Field Development Project Phase 22~24 & 13
The PSA has been contracted by the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) to execute the EPCC (Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Commissioning) for the South Pars Phases 13-22/23&24 project. This comprehensive project includes offshore facilities, platforms, undersea pipelines, and onshore facilities for processing reservoir fluids.
Key Participants:
- PSA: Main contractor for EPCC.
- Sazeh-Nargan Consultants: Basic Engineering and FEED for onshore facilities.
- Offshore Consultant: Handling the offshore scope of work.
- Tehran Raymand Consulting Engineers: Contracted by Sazeh Consultants for FEED and Detailed Design of onshore facility units.
Project Capacity
- Total Capacity: 2000 MMSCFD of reservoir fluid for onshore facilities in Phases 22/23&24.
- Output: Production of sales gas and stabilized condensate.

The contract between Tehran Raymand and Sazeh Consultants includes the following units:

- U131/U146: Diesel/Chemical Storage
- U143: Condensate Storage and Pump Station
- U143: Off-Spec Storage Tank
- U145: Propane Refrigerant Storage
Interconnecting and Supporting Infrastructure:
- U176: SS2/ITR-1/ITR-2, SS3/ITR-3/ITR-4, SS5/ITR-7/ITR-8, SS6/ITR-11
- U160: Sub-Interconnecting Pipe Rack
Project Objectives
- Front-End Engineering Design (FEED): Develop comprehensive FEED for the specified units.
- General Engineering Activities: Perform general engineering tasks to support the project.
- Detailed Engineering Design: Provide detailed engineering designs for the units within the scope.
- Engineering Procurement Services: Manage procurement activities for the required engineering services.
