Tehran Raymand is seeking an experienced Systems & Quality Manager to strengthen its management team and lead the development, implementation, and continual improvement of QHSE systems in project environments.
Qualifications and requirements
- Develop, integrate, and continually improve the QHSE management system, including its scope, processes, structure, and compliance framework.
- Plan and manage internal and external audits and prepare the organization for certification, renewal, and surveillance audits.
- Monitor and analyze process performance, control documented information, track corrective actions, and report on management-system effectiveness.
- Identify environmental aspects and occupational health and safety hazards, assess risks, and define appropriate controls.
- Build employee awareness and competence through training, change management, and promotion of quality, safety, and environmental culture.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or management, preferably Industrial Engineering • At least 10 years of experience developing or managing QHSE systems, including at least 3 years in oil, gas, or petrochemical projects • Experience leading management systems and organizational excellence programs • Valid internal-auditor qualification • Strong command of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 29001, and ISO 45001 • Working knowledge of ISO 31000, PMBOK, and general contract and management principles for project-based organizations • Professional Persian and English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
