The Azadegan onshore oil field, located in South West Iran was discovered in 1999 by NIOC. This oil field near the zero-point border with Iraq, located approximately 80 kilometers west of Ahvaz city in Khuzestan Province. This field, with an estimated area of 1,500 square kilometers.

Since process trains are not constructed, so refrigerated feedstock (Propane and Butane) come from Battery limit.
