Project overview

Development and construction of gas transportation facilities is necessary to deliver of 1 BSCFD of Iranian natural gas to Oman. Gas transportation facilities consist of Compressor Station and Metering Station at Kuh-Mobarak in Iran and approximately 200 km Offshore Pipeline from Kuh-Mobarak to Sohar receiving facilities in Oman. Tehran Raymand has been selected to perform the conceptual study, basic engineering and FEED for onshore facilities namely Compressor and Metering Stations.

The Compressor & Metering Stations consist of Turbo-Compressors and required Utilities, Mechanical Equipment & Piping , Electrical Systems , Instrument and Control Systems, Battery Limit Pig Traps and all other facilities, Buildings and operation area all surrounded by a perimeter fence. The unit is assumed stand alone and a Power Generation Unit will supply the required Electrical Power.
