- Record and control accounting documents
- Control accounts receivable and accounts payable
- Reconcile bank accounts
- Prepare required financial reports
- Process payroll
- Submit insurance lists
- Handle Social Security insurance matters
- Perform other duties assigned within the finance department
Requirements
- At least 5 years of relevant work experience
- Strong command of accounting principles and standards
- Familiarity with tax matters and the Iranian Taxpayer System
- Familiarity with insurance matters and payroll-list preparation
- Practical proficiency with Rahkaran software
- High accuracy, organization, accountability, teamwork, and follow-through
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities
Tehran Raymand is seeking an experienced Systems & Quality Manager to strengthen its management team and lead the development, implementation, and continual improvement of QHSE systems in project environments.
- Develop, integrate, and continually improve the QHSE management system, including its scope, processes, structure, and compliance framework.
- Plan and manage internal and external audits and prepare the organization for certification, renewal, and surveillance audits.
- Monitor and analyze process performance, control documented information, track corrective actions, and report on management-system effectiveness.
- Identify environmental aspects and occupational health and safety hazards, assess risks, and define appropriate controls.
- Build employee awareness and competence through training, change management, and promotion of quality, safety, and environmental culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering or management, preferably Industrial Engineering
- At least 10 years of experience developing or managing QHSE systems, including at least 3 years in oil, gas, or petrochemical projects
- Experience leading management systems and organizational excellence programs
- Valid internal-auditor qualification
- Strong command of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 29001, and ISO 45001
- Working knowledge of ISO 31000, PMBOK, and general contract and management principles for project-based organizations
- Professional Persian and English communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office

The positions available are:
- Mechanical Engineer – Minimum 5 years of experience with fixed and rotating equipment. * Piping Engineer – 5 years of experience on refinery projects, with advanced proficiency in PDMS. * Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer – Minimum 5 years of experience on refinery projects.
