Tehran Raymand Consulting Engineers, established as a Private Joint Stock Company in 1992, has evolved into a leading multidisciplinary EPCM firm. Specializing in Iran’s Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical industries, we have executed and collaborated on a wide range of industrial projects encompassing engineering and design, procurement, and construction management.

Proposal & contracts
Analyze tenders, prepare technical and commercial offers, and manage contract negotiation, drafting, and execution.

Project management
Initiate and execute project plans, allocate resources, define schedules and risks, monitor progress, control costs, and ensure timely, quality-driven delivery.

Engineering design
Provide comprehensive engineering across process, piping, civil, structural, electrical, instrumentation, equipment, safety, architecture, and material selection.

Procurement
Manage vendor prequalification, inquiry and evaluation, contract negotiation, purchase orders, inspection, expediting, logistics, and delivery to site.

Construction & site
Oversee construction, coordinate subcontractors, and supervise field engineering, installation, and civil works in line with design, schedule, quality, and safety requirements.
