The IDRO/OIEC/IOEC Consortium has been contracted by the National Iranian Oil Company (NIOC) to conduct the EPCC for South Pars Phases 17&18 project. This project includes offshore facilities, platform and undersea pipelines, and Onshore Facilities for the processing of the reservoir fluid.
Worley Parson Pty Ltd has been contracted by the IDRO/OIEC Consortium, whom conducted the Basic Engineering and FEED for the onshore facilities.
The South Pars Phases 17&18 Project Offshore Scope of Work is being carried out by another Offshore Consultant. Worley Parsons shall identify and coordinate deliverables to manage the physical interfaces between the Onshore and Offshore Design Consultants.
Tehran Raymand Consulting Engineers has been contracted by Petro Negin Jonoob (PNJC) to perform the Detail Design of many Onshore facilities units of South Pars Phases 17&18.
The total capacity of the South Pars phases 17&18 onshore facilities is 2000 MMSCFD of reservoir Fluid, which include all processing units, utilities, off sites and infrastructure necessary to produce sales gas and stabilized condensate form the reservoir Fluid delivered to the onshore plant via two multiphase sea lines.

The objective of project is to perform FEED updating, general engineering activities, detail engineering design and engineering procurement services for above mentioned units / areas.
