In pursuit of NIGC’s goal to make a meaningful contribution to the development of the Iranian oil and gas industry and address operational challenges, their Research, Development, and Technology Department has recently initiated the development of gas processing technologies, particularly the gas sweetening process. In line with this objective and recognizing the excellent reputation of the Research Institute of Petroleum Industry (RIPI) in providing engineering solutions to the oil and gas sectors through a blend of research and development, along with advanced computerized engineering technology, NIGC and RIPI have entered into a contract. This contract aims to prepare the FEED package and EPC tender document for a gas sweetening pilot plant. This plant is intended to be designed and installed in the South Pars Gas Field, situated in the southwest of Iran.
Given the above context and the desire to offer executing companies flexible, precise, and efficient technologies that enhance their operational performance, NIGC has invited Tehran Raymand Consulting Engineers to review the relevant process technology efforts and engineering concepts. The goal is to ensure the successful execution of the aforementioned project and the acquisition of the desired knowledge and skills.
