Shurijeh-D reservoir of Khangiran Gas field which located in north east of Iran, near Sarakhs city was nominated as underground gas storage (UGS) in 2009 and all required facilities for gas injection and withdrawal were constructed in year 2014 at Shurijeh UGS plant Phase-I. During the operation of the Phase-I, capability of the reservoir for additional gas storage has been confirmed. HOST COMPANY is responsible for all underground gas storage in the country including Shurijeh-D. Upon successful implementation of Phase-I the potential of additional storage capacity has been confirmed and the phase-II of the development of the reservoir planned by HOST COMPANY to increase the storage amount to 4.5 billion cubic meters. After tender completion, the selected INVESTOR (MAPNA) shall take over the operation of all existing Shurijeh-D UGS and upstream facilities for commercial period along with the complete reservoir study/monitoring to perform the second phase of development of these UGS facilities. The main activities of this new project are the development plan preparation, engineering, procurement, drilling, construction and commissioning of phase-II, integrated operation and maintenance of whole system (phase I and II), and gas feeding from/to HOST COMPANY based on defined contract. Contract Time Period: 9 months from 12.Mar.2021

Bibi-Hakimeh Gas Compressor station is located in the Bushehr Province of Iran, approximately 30 KM far from Deilam port. This project is a part of Supplying feed to Persian Gulf Bid Boland Refinery by changing the source of injection gas of Bibi-Hakimeh oil fields from produced gas by NGL 1300, to the South Pars Gas (6th, 7th, 8th phases) and also acid gas produced by the NGL 1300 plant to Bibi-Hakimeh oil wells. The Basic Engineering design of this Project has been preformed by other Company. But, due to delay for purchasing of Compressors, client has been decided to relocate and use two trains of turbo compressors of Gachsaran New Gas Compressor Station in Bibi-Hakimeh New Gas Compressor Station. The studying of this change on the previous FEED design, preparing the new document in boundary of this change and EPCC tender document are in scope of this project. The EP contracts of Gas Sweetening (Unit 200) and Sulfur Recovery (Unit 600) Units has been awarded to Tehran Raymand Consulting Engineers. The Gas Sweetening Unit is designed to reduce the hydrogen sulphide and carbon dioxide content from the inlet sour feed gas to NGL recovery unit. There are two identical Gas Sweetening Units in two separate gas flow sections. The Sulfur Recovery Unit is designed to produce liquid sulfur from the acid gas of Gas Sweetening Unit. The liquid Sulfur is then solidified in the sulfur solidification package. Off gas is burned in incinerator package with environmental limitation consideration.

Persian Gulf Bid Boland Gas Refinery is currently designed to receive 2000 MMSCFD feed gas including 1700MMSCFD sour gas from NGLs 900 & 1000 and 300 MMSCFD sweet gas from NGLs 1200 & 1300. Regarding the dependency of the feeds’ availability to the projects defined upstream of NGLs 900 & 1000 and gathering of the associated gas streams upstream of NGLs 1200, 1300 & 1500, CLIENT tends to perform Basic Design & FEED on these areas. The project goal is to ensure the gathering and treatment of the existing flared gas streams and transferring them to Persian Gulf Bid Boland Gas Refinery.

The scope of the project could be split into two main categories of study:
1- Handling of the produced associated gas in the fields of Aghajari, Ramshir, RagSefid-1 and Sour Marun Asmari (Marun-3 & Marun-5) and Pazanan-1. The total gas quantity is higher than 400 MMSCFD and the majority is being flared due to absence of gas gathering and transmission system or wear and tear of the existing facilities that makes them practically unusable.

• Gas gathering and transmission systems in the fields upstream of NGLs 1200, 1300 & 1500. The major fields are Gachsaran, Bibihamikeh, Karanj, Paranj, Parsi, RagSefid-2 and the existing facilities in RagSefid-1. The gas gathering systems are currently in service and could remain in service for some extra years if the already defined repairing/improvement projects will be performed.

Development and construction of gas transportation facilities is necessary to deliver of 1 BSCFD of Iranian natural gas to Oman. Gas transportation facilities consist of Compressor Station and Metering Station at Kuh-Mobarak in Iran and approximately 200 km Offshore Pipeline from Kuh-Mobarak to Sohar receiving facilities in Oman. Tehran Raymand has been selected to perform the conceptual study, basic engineering and FEED for onshore facilities namely Compressor and Metering Stations. The Compressor & Metering Stations consist of Turbo-Compressors and required Utilities, Mechanical Equipment & Piping , Electrical Systems , Instrument and Control Systems, Battery Limit Pig Traps and all other facilities, Buildings and operation area all surrounded by a perimeter fence. The unit is assumed stand alone and a Power Generation Unit will supply the required Electrical Power.

MAPNA Oil and Gas Development Company as the Buy Back Contractor of Iranian Offshore Oil Company (Owner) intends to develop Forooz B gas field for production and treatment of 1000 MMSCFD of Gas. The location of onshore facilities will be in Qeshm Island which the distance between offshore installations and onshore plant is approximately 180 km. The purpose of designing Forooz B onshore plant is for optimum recovery of C3+ and also producing lean gas, propane, butane, natural gasoline and sulfur with salable product.
